Enjoy Total Peace of Mind
Booking a Far East holiday should be an exciting prospect - doing your research, discussing ideas with friends and tour operators until you achieve your perfect itinerary. The hard work done, during normal times you’d then relax and look forward to the much anticipated trip.
We want you to be confident enough to turn dreams into a risk free reality and so are committed to offer a pledge of full financial cover.
100% Covid Related Refunds for Clients
A fundamental statement, but an essential consideration when booking a holiday in 2023. Our clients can relax in the knowledge that there will be no refund hurdles if the pandemic returns.
- We refunded all clients who were unable to travel due to Covid restrictions and didn’t want to postpone their holiday. No questions asked.
- No pressure to take credit notes
- We won’t abandon you with unanswered calls or emails. The number and email you use to book will be the one you use throughout our relationship; you won’t have to contact a far flung or overworked number if the situation demands it.
- The person you deal with is empowered to make whatever decisions are needed and take immediate action. No delaying tactics.
If the Covid situation does deteriorate again we’d obviously like you to move your holiday for a later date but there’s no pressure to remain. After all, a holiday should be something you look forward to rather than worry about.
ATOL Protection
Every holiday we sell is ATOL-protected. We don’t sell flights and hotels separately, so all the holidays we sell are automatically covered. This means that you’ll never be left stranded or lose your money.
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser's Licence and is backed by the UK Government. It’s the UK's financial protection scheme and protects you when you book a holiday with a UK ATOL holder. It will provide support so that you are not at a financial loss or without assistance abroad if your ATOL holder ceases trading.
Our ATOL Number is 10296 and you can double check this on the CAA website here
