Every holiday we sell is ATOL-protected. We don’t sell flights and hotels separately, so all the holidays we sell are automatically covered. This means that you’ll never be left stranded or lose your money.
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser's Licence and is backed by the UK Government. It’s the UK's financial protection scheme and protects you when you book a holiday with a UK ATOL holder. It will provide support so that you are not at a financial loss or without assistance abroad if your ATOL holder ceases trading.

The joy of booking a tailor made holiday is that it’s totally flexible and in response to the current climate we’d like to extend that assurance to cover the period between booking and travelling.
For all new bookings and for departures up to 10 December 2022 we can offer you the flexibility to change the trip up to 45 days prior to departure. You can change your destination to any other we feature and to any date up until the end of 2022. The only cost (or discount) will be the difference between the two holidays chosen.
This is on top of our promise that if we can’t fulfil your holiday due to travel restrictions you can choose to postpone your holiday or receive a full refund within 14 days.
Our ability to do this is subject to the terms and conditions offered by our suppliers and so we will always run through the options and communicate clearly at the time of booking.
